01What is included in NT$18,000 per month?
Includes A Studio rent, water and gas, 500M Chunghwa Telecom Wi-Fi, 400 kWh per month and regular cleaning of shared areas. Weekly bedding changes, trash collection, free shared laundry and supplies, and eight cans of ChuLu milk each week are also included. Minimum stay: one month.
02Does all-inclusive mean unlimited electricity?
Includes 400 kWh per month. Extra use is charged at the average per-kWh rate on the current Taipower bill. We provide the relevant Taipower bill details when settling extra usage, so the calculation is clear.
03How often is bedding changed? Is room cleaning included?
Bedding is changed once a week. Regular cleaning of shared areas is included in the rent. Tell your living assistant if you need cleaning inside the room; Fly Home will separately confirm the arrangements.
04Is there an extra charge for the washing machine?
The shared washing machine is free to use, with laundry supplies included. Usage times and shared-laundry guidelines are explained before move-in.
05Can I cook in the room?
A Studio currently has no kitchen or cooking equipment. A two-door fridge is provided for chilled food and your weekly milk. If cooking is part of your routine, please check that the setup suits you before viewing.
06What is the minimum stay? Can I bring a pet or share the room?
The minimum stay is one month. Occupancy, pets and other house rules need to be confirmed with Fly Home. Leave your needs with the assistant; sending an inquiry does not create a lease.
07How do reservation and security deposits work?
To reserve online, pay NT$3,000–5,000 or half a week’s rent; the amount is confirmed before reservation. At signing and move-in, the reservation deposit goes toward the first month’s rent. A separate one-month security deposit of NT$18,000 is also required. This assistant collects viewing inquiries only and does not charge you when submitting the form. Reservation and payment follow after availability and terms are confirmed.
08How do I collect the milk? Can I choose something else?
Eight cans of fresh ChuLu milk each week, with alternatives available. Size, collection arrangements and alternatives are confirmed before move-in. Please mention any dairy allergy or dietary preferences in your inquiry.
09Are these photos of the actual room?
Yes. These are original photos of A Studio; the room has not been recreated with AI. They show the space at the time of photography. Check the latest equipment, balcony and service setup in person during your viewing.
